Wire Transfer Request Form Required for Seller Proceeds

As your closing partner, we are continuously looking for ways to insure you and your client’s financial safety throughout the closing process. As a further measure of protection against wire fraud attempts, we have created a Wire Transfer Request Form. Effective immediately, we are requesting an ORIGINAL, NOTARIZED Wire Transfer Request Form be completed and submitted to our office with the original deed if the seller(s) proceeds are to be wired. If we do not have an original, notarized Wire Transfer Request Form at or prior to closing, we will provide a check to the seller(s) at closing, or overnight a check directly to the seller(s) once the closing is complete.
