Matthew A. Cohen, Esq.

Matthew Cohen, Esq. is the CEO of Two Rivers Title Company, a multi-state title and escrow company and a partner at Cohen Howard LLP, a boutique law firm representing medical professionals to maximize their out of network claim reimbursements. Earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Finance from Rutgers University and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, Matthew has been a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars for over 30 years. He is a frequent lecturer on industry matters. Matthew is the Section Chair for the New Jersey State Bar Association Board of Consultors Real Property Trusts and Estates Section which advises the State Legislature on proposed bills. Matthew has previously served as a Trustee of the Monmouth Bar Association and the New Jersey Land Title Association, and remains an active member of both organizations. He is also a long time member of the American Land Title Association and the Monmouth County Association of Realtors. Matthew is passionate about his community and currently serves as the President of the Board of the Monmouth Conservation Foundation and a  Trustee on the Board of STEAMpark, INC., which provides educational-based programming for at-risk children.
