New NJ Bill to Require Flood Disclosure Notice on All Leases and Sales of Residential & Commercial Property

A new bill has been recently passed and is currently sitting on NJ Governor Murphy’s desk for enactment, as reported by RedevelopNJ. This bill will require commercial and residential leases and lease renewals to disclose potential and past flooding.
