New Jersey is taking a big step forward in modernizing real estate closings. Joining the rapidly growing list of States across the country, New Jersey has permanently authorized Remote Online Notarization. In the future, home buyers will have the option of having “virtual” loan closings. The new law goes into effect on October 20, 2021.
