Permanent Remote Online Notarization May Be Coming to New Jersey

Senator Vin Gopal introduces update of notarization laws in NJ. This legislation (NJ S2508) would permanently allow Remote Online Notarization and modernize our laws governing Notaries. Assemblywoman Joann Downey introduced the bill in the Assembly as A4250.
