Real estate professionals are feeling the effects as wire fraud continues to pose a major threat to real estate transactions.
Kansas federal court has upheld a jury verdict that a real estate broker was 85% responsible for the buyer’s losses as a result of wire fraud. A judgment against the broker was filed for $167,129.
