State of NJ Only Accepting UCC Filings Entered Online (Effective July 1, 2015)

Effective July 1, 2015, the State of New Jersey Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services  will only accept UCC filings entered online. All paper filings sent to NJDORES on or after that date from non-exempt submitters will be rejected. Click here for a link to the Special Announcement made by the NJDORES.

 **You can file NJ UCC’s online at https://www.njportal.com/UCC/ ** 

UCC submitters may request an electronic filing exemption and must do so in writing. This exemption is available to submitters that can certify that the electronic filing requirement would pose undue hardship.

Requests for exemption can be sent to the UCC Filing Office at the following address:
