At a recent meeting of the Monmouth Ocean Development Council we took a look at the current state of the New Jersey Housing Market. I was pleased with the continued renewal of our housing stock and growth that continues to occur throughout the state with some counties such as Ocean, Gloucester and Somerset experiencing as much as a 12-15% increase in building permits for residential housing units.
