Update to New York’s RON Bill

As the 39th state to enact RON, New York has signed into law Senate Bill 7780 which makes updates to the current RON bill. The new date of full RON law to go into effect is now January 31, 2023. Read more about New York’s amended RON bill on ALTA News: N.Y. Governor Signs Bill Amending RON Law
